Human Resources Operations Analyst

Position Overview:

The Human Resources Operations Analyst will develop and execute HR strategies while also managing relationships with employees, compensation/benefits, and vendor management.  This position will be responsible for handling new hire orientation and improving the overall employee experience by strengthening the HR operations to support a growing company.


Key Responsibilities:

Benefits & Compensation Analyst

  • Manage total compensation offerings
  • HR Vendor Management
  • Salary Banding/Commission/Bonus
  • Ownership of Company HR Documentation

HR Lead

  • Compensation Strategy
  • Employee HR Training
  • Tracking Relevant HR Metrics
  • Support for financial reporting

Orientation Analyst

  • New Hire “People Ops 101” Meeting
  • Legal Compliance (E-Verify, Payroll Documentation)
  • Benefits Enrollments

Key Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in human resources
  • PHR/SHRM-CP Certification is preferred but not required

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to develop benefit packages.
  • Knowledge of Payroll and Healthcare Systems
  • Ability to prepare and coordinate Visa applications/petitions to include H1, O1, and Permanent Resident Alien
